Damn I have hot friends!

This is my partner in crime, Nicole. The subject of the photo is my badass leather jacket. Can't you tell? We like to do photo shoots on Sunday afternoons.

I've been interviewing an archaeologist in town about this amazing site her firm spent the last year excavating. In a 50x50m area they've discovered almost 8,000 artifacts dating from 2450-2800 years old, pretty rad!

I have been listening to these guys nonstop. It might be the name, because all I can think of is winter, and sleep is something I can't get enough of:

Newspaper writing has got to be the most uninteresting subject ever. At least paper writing in the greater Victoria area. If we had an amazing instructor I might feel differently, but the woman at the helm of my future has got to be the dullest person on the face of the planet. Everyday is Saturday night... but I can't wait...

Slowly adjusting to the pace of things here in Victoria. Snail's pace, ant's pace, slothlike and relaxed. Homework? Check. Job hunt? Double check. Adventures? Check. Night time long exposures are good as long as worries of crackhead thieves are kept at bay. Precipitation here is not cold enough, frozen is better. Swollen wood and a lousy paint job means the window won't close. Duct tape and cardboard should work for now.

Months in Italy are not conducive to staying atop the music scene. Forgetting where to look. Youtube:
